Capturing special moments in time with photographs is something I have always enjoyed. Raising three children has given me plenty of opportunities over the years to hone my skills and develop a love for photography. As my love for photography has grown to a passion I have focused on continuing my education and knowledge in this area through various classes, workshops, and reading anything I can get my hands on. Alexandria, Virginia is where I have called home for more than twenty years. This city’s beauty and history, and it’s close proximity to Washington D.C. offer many great photo opportunities. I spend my summer months in South Bethany Beach, Delaware with my family. The beach is the perfect backdrop for family and group portraits. I also do action and candid photography. What surfer wouldn’t want a picture of themselves getting tubed. If you visit the Bethany area during the summer I hope you’ll contact me. Over the years, I have had numerous jobs and hobbies. The most rewarding by far has been being “mom” and raising my family, but there was still that burning question. "What do I want to be when I grow up?” Well, now I know, and I love what I do.
